This medium weight cotton fabric is an iconic example of Mid Century Modern Barkcloth Fabric at it's finest.

This design, "Dancing Leaves", is attributed to surrealist artist Salvator Dali.
Just as the name implies, vivid celadon green and coral Maple leaves, with their shadows, are seen kicking up their heels with golden Oak leaves in this fabulous abstract print.
An accent of little metallic gold squiggles are scattered throughout the design on a background of creamy white.

Very Good Used Vintage Condition.
No Dry Rot or Sun Damage
This barkcloth started life as a drapery panel which has been carefully deconstructed, freshly laundered, and pressed.
The 23" x 53" panel has 2 faint rust stains. One at the top left of the panel, and the other very faint in from to the last row of gold leaves toward the bottom of the panel.(see last 3 photos).
The 20" x 55" panel has a small repair on the middle tree of the bottom row of gold trees, (see 6th photo)
