Vintage Mid Mod 50s Space Age Atomic Barkcloth Fabric/ Cotton Yardage for Upholstery and Home Decor/ 4 Panels Available
They let George Jetson take the company Space Module out for a spin again.
This time he went out exploring and found another new space station. Unfortunately it was in restricted air space and he almost got himself vaporized trying to get photos.
He made it back, got it all on film, and had it printed on this great Eames Era barkcloth.
A mottled chocolate and mocha brown ground is the perfect backdrop for this heavy weight cotton fabric from the Mid Mod 50s.
This barkcloth features an atomic design with what could be spaceships, darting in and around an intergalactic space station, in a color palate of orange, olive green chocolate and butterscotch yellow.
Selvage reads, "Guaranteed to be PreShrunk...GOLDCO Vat Print"

This fabric started life as a drapery that has been carefully deconstructed, freshly laundered, and pressed.
